After my 'Ball Gown Wish List' I thought it was only fair I shared the dress I eventually went for (spoiler - not one on my list). I picked it up brand new on eBay for a fraction of the price and fell in love. One of the most special dresses I've ever worn.
I wish I could say the ball was for my twenty third birthday, honestly would love that, but no it was a University ball. All my friends were there and there was plenty of wine and ceilidh dancing so it was my perfect party none the less.
The lighting in the room was terrible for photos so I'm excited to see the photos from the professional photographer. In the meantime here is a nice one of my boyfriend and I. Not the best quality photo but we couldn't be happier!
It's my actual birthday today and easily my favourite day of the year. I've had uni this morning and after I've had some lunch I'm going to head into town for a bit of shopping with my mum then dinner at Zizzi with my Dad and boyfriend too. A lovely easy birthday just the way I like it.
