My week in pictures #58

Sunday, March 9

(From top left) My American Pie marathon ended with Reunion last Sunday night. Ordered a cute primark denim gilet from ASOS this week. Made Kiwi Tart Tatins for Dinner last night. Made madeleines and they were delicious. After almost 7 months of owning my macbook I finally managed to get music onto my phone- you are are interested in what I've been listening too I've got a post for Tuesday. Trying out eyeliner looks and taking outfit photos today.

I wish I could say I've been super busy this week and that would explain the last of posts but I'm sad to say I've just run out of ideas. Hopefully my writers block has ended now because I have this weeks posts all sorted now. I hate having to take time from blogging and it didn't do me any good I was just frustrated. Thank you for all the kind words in my latest outfit post it means a lot to me.

This week has been quite productive; I've done LOADS of uni work ahead of my assessment next week. I had some bad news about a guy I liked on Wednesday so I spent the day in bed being miserable but was cheered up by a package from ASOS. I saw this primark gilet last season but didn't buy it soon enough so it got too cold to wear it. It's going to look really cute with summer dresses- I can't wait to style it.

I've been baking this week too. Both items were delicious in their own ways. I've been meaning to make
madeleines with a vintage tray we've owned for ages but when I saw the recipe on Olivia's blog I couldn't resist. They were so crisp on with outside and soft and warm on the inside- perfect with a cup of tea. The Kiwi Tart Tatins were extremely tasty and I felt quite proud of myself being able to make puff pastry for the first time. The recipe was on a follow gingers blog 'The Ginger Bread Lad' so go and have a look if you fancy it.

Hope everyone has had a good weekend and look forward to sharing my new posts with you next week.
