Monday Holidays and a Family Walk

Thursday, July 31

There is always places you remember visiting through your childhood many times and for me Glen Lee is one of these locations. About 30 minutes from the picturesque town of Ezdell along a slow, winding road its a place I've seen in the sunshine, snow and rain. It is a great place to take your bike but on Monday we just decided to walk along the length of the loch. It was a boiling hot day and I took my camera long too to capture some landscapes and practise with my technique.

Top: Diva Dames* | Skirt: New Look | Boots: Berghaus
As it was so hot my diva dames top got its second outing (featured just last week in this blog post). This time I paired it with my dark blue skater skirt that has been getting a lot of wear recently. For the first time ever my dad took this photo for my blog - he is a bit of a photographer and perfectionist but not for fashion photography. After a few rejections (why was it so sunny and windy) I stuck with this one. I do like this outfit and once again this top is tying in nicely with the blue of the skirt. Every time I go for a walk my Berghaus walking boots go on - for obvious reasons they don't feature on my blog a lot. They are extremely comfortable and I'm sure they will see me through 4 years of geology field trips at university.

If you live in the Angus or Aberdeenshire area of Scotland and want to visit Loch Lee I've marked it on this google map. If it doesn't work please let me know.
