The Essential Blanket Cape for Autumn/Winter

Thursday, November 10

Cape: Apricot* | Dress: Just for £5 | Blouse: New Look | Boots: Marco Tozzi
This cape is probably one of the coolest things in my wardrobe - I knew I couldn't pass it buy when I spotted it on the Apricot website. When it arrived it is even bigger than I exspected it almost comes down to ankles. As it is so huge it is really cosy. I wore it into down the other week, it definitly turned heads, but I stayed warm inside. I felt pretty cool too - like I was from Game of Thrones.

I feel like it can be thrown over any autumnal coloured outfit. Today I threw it over my burnt orange dress but I wore it to the Orchid event over this outfit too. I think everyone needs a warm blanket scarf in their wardrobe and this is just the next step up. I honestly can't rave about how much I love it more. It will be a indispensable item in my wardrobe not just this winter but for years to come.

Since colaborating with them for Spring/Summer 2016 I've fallen for Apricot. Their clothes are great quality and perfect for my style. You can see how I styled the pervious two outfits: A Simple Party Ready Navy PlaysuitSummer Style in Fat Face Rosebud Pink Chinos

Since taking these images I've realised I'm going to have to cut the lable off because there is no way to hide it. Sorry!
