Styling Spring/Summer Outfits with Fat Face

Wednesday, May 4

One high street store I would buy from over and over again, when I have the money, is Fat Face. Their style of clothes is perfect for me, grown up and outdoorsy, not to mention the quality is fantastic. Annoyingly they are a little out of my current student budget so I'm always looking at their sale or hinting to my mum who loves the brand as much as me.

It seems like you lot like Fat Face too. These three outfits featuring Fat Face items have been among my most viewed. A New Fat Face Outfit, An Everyday Scottish Summer Outfit and Casual Breton Stripe Top from FatFace.

1. Denim Pinafore Dress 2. Binder Yarn Pointelle Cardigan 3. Constantine Embellished Kaftan 4. Lamerton T-Bar Footbed Sandals 5. Cassie Crystal Sunglasses
I've had my eye on this denim pinafore since it came into the store. Mostly it would be to replace an old one I got rid of because I felt the short length didn't suit me. The beauty of denim is it will go with almost anything and I love the light, floaty style of this Kaftan for warmer days. As I live in Scotland a practical cardigan is a must. I currently don't own one to wear over summer dresses so I aim to buy on in the next month. Finishing off the outfit with these simple but well made sandals and probably optimistically these colourful sunglasses.

1. Harlyn Crochet Cover Up 2. Garment Dyed Paperlight Chinos 3. Dulcote Stripe Pumps 4. Paisley Tile Patchwork Scarf 5. Multi Strand Pink Bracelet

Something I've wanted for ages in a pair of colourful chinos - I know I would get A LOT of wear out of them. I'm not really a pink person but there is something about dusty pink I really like. I would dress them down with a white blouse and then a cosier scarf because spring in Scotland is not warm. To finish off my casual look I would add these bracelets which are easy to wear and pretty too. These trainers would be ideal for all the walking I do and go nicely with the relaxed style of the chinos.

In all honestly I should really stop buying clothes - I have a lot of new things to show you when I have the time after exams. I'm also running out of hangers in my wardrobe and should be saving my money for shopping in America.

I do feel the need to point out that this isn't a sponsored post - I've just spent a lot of time on the Fat Face website recently and thought it would be fun and a bit different.
