A Dusky Pink Suede Jacket for Autumn

Wednesday, October 18

Dress: F&F at Tesco (via Facebook Marketplace)  | Jacket: Next (via Vinted) | Shoes: Clarks
This dress featured in my Second Hand September post last year and it's on weekly rotation to the office because it is so comfy. However, it's not the star of the show here. My new faux suede jacket in this gorgeous dusky pink is stealing the show.

This outfit combination is a bit of an accident - when this jacket arrived and I put it straight on (of course) it's what I was already wearing and it goes perfectly. I saw this bright, suede jacket on Vinted for a bargain price because I am constantly being recommended clothes from Next. I knew I had to have it before anyone else snapped it up.

Suede probably isn't the most practical fabric for a Scottish winter but I hope there will be plenty dry days in autumn and spring to get the most out of it. I know despite the bold colour it will go with lots of items in my wardrobe so if I take good care of it I'll get the wear out of it eventually.

What do you think? Is a colourful jacket in your autumn/winter wardrobe?
