A little lifestyle update...

Friday, September 27

I’ve seen a few of these posts around and thought it would be a good time to reintroduce myself because of two reasons. The first is in the past few months my following has increased dramatically but also because yesterday I got some great news.

I live in on a farm in the country somewhere in Angus with my mum, dad and brother. They are both architects and we have a stunning house so we spend most of our time in the local area. At the moment I spend most of my time baking and walking my dogs. Of course blogging takes up a lot of my time to and I love taking part in blogger chats on twitter and taking to my followers (not to sound clichéd or anything). I’ve always been interested in fashion and shopping- I’m not huge on following trends although this A/W I am looking forward to wearing tartan, faux furs and rich berry colours. I spend most of my money in Primark, New look and River Island but I also love ASOS and H&M.

If you’ve been following my blog since August you will know what a tough time I had finding out what I was going to do with my life. I first applied to university in November to do Chemistry and got four rejections and one unconditional but decided it wasn’t the right place for me. My next hope was to find a place at clearing so I was stressed all summer about it but when clearing came around my chosen university kept me waiting for weeks and then when I needed help with progressing then were of no help. However, I contacted Aberdeen University last Thursday and they were amazingly helpful and yesterday I got my acceptance letter through to study geology through their part-time distance-learning program. As you can imagine I am over the moon now I can continue with my life and hopefully find a part time job.

Of course I will keep up my blog and have started to get involved in blogging projects including a secrete Santa and found a local group for events. I’ve also kick started my adverting which you can find out more about above- I am so pleased with the response I’ve got so far. Thank you for keeping up with my blog it honestly means so much that I’ve got readers.
